We also conduct ongoing internal reviews of our computers, networks and security systems and require our employees to acknowledge their responsibility in maintaining confidentiality of customer information. Additionally, our comprehensive information security and business continuity programs assure our products and services meet or exceed federal and state laws and industry standards.

- Maintain significant physical and electronic security controls to prevent unauthorized access to client information.
- Conduct regular reviews of our computers, networks and security systems.
- Conduct regular vendor security due diligence to ensure our vendors protect client information in accordance with our security policies and standards.
- Monitor online banking activity with fraud detection software.
- Require proper identification or unique identifying information for all clients coming into our offices, banking with us online or contacting our call center.
- Ensure proper measures to minimize the chance of unauthorized account activity when we learn of a potential identity theft situation.
